Sometimes, life can be a harsh teacher...
Sometimes, you meet longlost friends...
And find comfort in the fact that they haven't changed much...
And that they still remember you...
Which means you, as well, haven't changed much.
And sometimes, it takes people from outside your immediate family...
To appreciate you for who you really are.

but as harsh as life is,
it brings us to who we are,
circumstances and regrets...
will only make us who we are as we are today,
the future happenings will only mould us into a person that we are suppose to be.
