Chopped Trial

Dear jammers, new song launch this Thursday, blogosphere time (+BST).
Meanwhile, it's time again for a... Karljam Retro Hit: Life Like That

Oh right. Just great. I suddenly got an inspiration after a brief spell of muse-being-on-leave (MBOL), and it would have been great if not for my laptop's battery already dying. So I reached for the charger and plugged it into my laptop's rear.

Then as I resung the tune draft, I realized I'd forgotten the tune. Gosh. It's never right the second time. It's either great the first time, or it's not. Well, this was a bad second time.

Then as I rewound and listened, I noticed that my laptop has kindly chopped away every third beat of whatever was supposed to be intact enough for me to transcribe into Notepad. Now all I hear are chops, I can't figure out the words, and I'm making things up in Notepad.

Gosh. Oh well, I guess one can't be writing songs so easily all the time. Right now, I've exhausted my energy trying to recall, but of course I won't succeed that soon because I've spent all my energy recalling.

So maybe I'll take my mind off that song for a while, and maybe perhaps, just maybe perhaps, possibly it might just, you know, for there's a possibility that it'll return soon enough.
