Feeling Up and Loving It
My final year has started... very soon to graduation. Think about it and gasp. Hasn't it been just yesterday when we went through our orientation, friends?
The second day into the new semester, and I'm reminded of all the things I love about this university and life here:
1. Walking to courses, and taking some time off every few steps to admire the blue sky and well taken care of trees... after all, this is University in a Garden!2. Entertaining lecturers with so much passion for their subject matters that the joy is infectious. Something tells me I'm into something good, or so goes the song.
3. Lecturers with accents that you have to strain your ears to catch their every word. Seriously, some of them should come with subtitles.4. Coursemates, friends, hang-out buddies, generally just great people that brighten up the atmosphere just by being there. Yes, most of us take this for granted. Until you graduate and start working, and reminiscence will bring you back to these souls.
5. Hmm... I find that I've been doing this point-form style a lot lately. Maybe years of scientific training has made me systematic and methodical. But note, not boring, not boring. Never boring.6. Have strongly resolved to pursue postgraduate studies after this year. It's gonna be exciting! :)
7. My blog readership is shooting up for reasons unknown to me, so whatever the reason you're here, thanks for reading and hope to see you here again.8. Now if only more people would leave comments after reading, it's common courtesy, alright?
9. Ok, I lied. Some points are totally off-topic. Haha.
Have a great day, jammers!
