No Promises

Apologies for lack of updates, am dedicating most of my free time to sleep and FYP. That's final year project, which have been relegated many times due to well, academic commitments. Am aware of my antisocial tendencies once again, what with the holidays now, I still prefer to stay home and I don't really know what else. Oh by the way, please do rate my latest song below. I have a feeling that it might not really appeal to music listeners who prefer a more contemporary sound, but then I've grown up listening to relatively older songs from years and decades before I was born. Hence you can understand why I prefer a stripped-down acoustic raw sound for my recordings instead of a more processed studio sound.

On another note, I find it hard to understand, accept or comprehend that my brother who is currently in the middle of his STPM examinations, is taking things much easier than how I spend my non-examination days. Maybe it's my sense of duty or maybe it's my compulsive obsession to always think too far ahead. Or maybe it's his sense of security, false or otherwise, and maybe it's a blessing to be able to take each day as it comes.

No worries, no burdens, or as the song goes, no promises. Indeed, it's a blessing of the highest order. One which I've yet to achieve.
