Virtual Gloating

If I receive praise with other people in earshot, I tend to keep a straight face and not show my delight for want of not being regarded as superior. But believe me when I tell you that I'm very happy inside. It's just that I don't want to show it, because I'm aware that good things come as bad things do. So I don't wish to be so open with my emotions, especially with other people in earshot.

So, since I'll never do so in real life, please pardon me as I gloat for a short while.

2. My lecturer says I "wrote a very good thesis"!
