I Hate Keeping in Touch
My well-meant comment on how my brother shouldn't be choosy on his choice of university has been twisted by mum into a personal attack that she is incompetent in helping him choose. Hence ensued a stupid war of words. My strong point is facts, hers is eloquence. A Gemini never sees arguments as a big deal (in fact, I would love my future life partner to be good in 'wordplay'), but... gah, so much trouble. I start asking myself, why do I even care? I should trust my brother to make the best choice for himself. I know, that in a few years' time, he will be even more successful than I am, and I'm not ashamed to say it! He's got a brilliant mind. Compared to his, mine is dull and lethargic.
I know he can make it :)

I've just messaged several former colleagues, who are also graduating, and two have replied, "Who r u?" Fuck. Here I am, trying to keep in touch but it's obvious they've erased my number and forgotten who I am. Stupid me. Friendship, as with everything in life, is fleeting. Imagine if you're some bigshot in future, and you text your old friends and they reply, "Who r u?" Perhaps, that's why successful people are usually snobbish. They need to be so to protect themselves. But can you argue with that? I say, when you are successful, you have the right to be snobbish.
It just sucks when you're on the receiving end... :P

Yeah... Anyway I neglected to mention that the two who replied "Who r u?", were guys. The other two girls replied properly :P
maybe unintentionally deleted your contact ( lost phone, sim-card kaput etc)
Hmm, it's possible. However I still feel "Who r u?" is just plain rude :(
What do you think?
