I Hear You
Out of sheer boredom, I wrote this song "I Hear You" which has been in my head for a couple of days. It's about comforting and reassuring a friend who's in the dumps and on the verge of giving up. The central theme is telling that friend, "I hear you" so don't give up on yourself!
As with all my songs, this one is a reflection of my inner feelings. In fact, if you think about it, that "friend" could be anyone at all, you and I.
