Two Honoured
What can possibly be more satisying for a Master of Ceremony, than to receive recognition from such a respected speaker -- "Young man, you have charisma!"
And to those of you who think you can't do public speaking, think again. I was like you once -- never in my wildest dreams had I thought I'd speak in public -- but I made a conscious effort to overcome this fear. And I urge you, if you haven't, to do the same. Take it as a challenge. Tell yourself you can do it. And trust me, you will be able to!
It's normal to be nervous. It's normal to forget your lines, and it's normal to slip up. What matters is how you laugh it off, work your way around the kinks and channel that nervousness into energy to spur you on -- an obstacle becomes a strength.
Anyone needs help with public speaking? I'm ready to share all I've learnt.
