A friend of mine from a public university, was abruptly remanded and harshly reminded by a member of the administration for supposedly posing a "negative" image of the institution. She was so shocked, shaken and stirred. Blogging will never again be the same for her. What a pity.
Ladies and gentlemen, censorship has come to the blogosphere.
Prominent bloggers in the country are brought to task for "taking steps to gain power", according to Information Minister Zainuddin Maidin. "This is very dangerous," he was quoted as saying.
"The way they blog, with all that filth inside, do you think they are responsible?" [emphasis added]

Of course, it is unfair to stereotype and generalize. Just as there are politicians with honour, there are also bloggers of principle.

Agreed. I've read more gems than filth in the blogsphere anyway. I feel it's better to be exposed to both side. better than to get 'filth' from other sources and there wont be open discussions to rectify it (or smthg like that la). Not too sure what it will blogger's positions in malaysia come to.
btw, i like your blog's name... i guess u gotta ask your parents, or those people 3289573489573 years ago who had nothing better to do and started naming stars (no internet hah!)
