Today, Thus Far
Inevitably we'll have some days where you wake up and five hours after you wake up, you still feel like you haven't. On these days, everything is a blur -- simple facts can't enter your head in the right way and get muddled around travelling the path of a radiation in a blackbody.
On these days, you wish you had the liberty to decide to sleep. You wish you needn't have to think so much, or do so much, or say so much, or worry about the orientation of your facial muscles so much, so you could just hide away from the world and hibernate-meditate-contemplate... dream.
This is today, thus far.

half an hour's sleep on sunday, 2 hours sleep last night - and I wasn't having fun during those periods too, I was cramming facts into my head. sigh.
it's a killjoy telling my brain, "DON'T THINK OF POEMS SUPPRESS TILL LATER" when they keep coming and you know you can't wait till later coz by then the inspiration would have gone
Yeah, inspiration has a way of nagging at us doesn't it? Especially the night before exams. It's a conspiracy by inspirations everywhere... lol.
But given a chance, I'd choose to obey inspiration that kill it :)
Work, don't blog.

Don't worry, I'm working hard. Blogging helps me destress for a few minutes.
I've joined your bandwagon. I slept 8 hours and is still stressing out. I'm already feeling bitchy this morning. Arghhh! At least there's no one to face today with my facial orientation.

and i used to think that work is fun, work is cool. deceived by what i saw on tv.
Well... work can be fun and cool. It depends on our mindset, and interest. Why not try to convince yourself that your job is fun and cool for a day?
If it doesn't work, perhaps it's time to change :)
