Whats there in Balik Pulau ah?
Balik Pulau has lots of durian and rambutan plantations. When the season arrives, the best durians come from there :D
ooo... i was expecting things like you saw the car driver next to you making out with the girlfriend, the kancil behind you has a leapard skin, the tree at the roadside became botak because of termites and there's a mother and daughter trying to cross the road with 5 bags of durians.
but i disgress. i see tranquility at its best in your pictures. :)

Oh my goodness...is that really Penang? The sea actually looked BLUE and the sky is perfect. What a perfectly beautiful day it was.

You make me miss heading to Balik Pulau for the nutmegs! One thing though, I'm glad I'm missing the durian season! If only hawker food is portable...

The durian season's just started. Tried some this morning... don't know how to really appreciate them though...
lunaticgal - Yes I think it's the best cam (lumix fx8). Easy to use, looks aesthetically nice, takes excellent pix (including the ones in this post). Sorry I can't remember how much... but for all that you'll get, it's very reasonably priced! :)
